TKO Nisei Dojo is a club that offers several martial arts and fitness programs along with specialized activities. Our programs are designed to fit your whole family from young children to seniors.

Our classes are defined by Age, Type, and Experience. This allows everyone to experience and grow individually while being challenged by others with similar abilities.
In addition, we also provide one-on-one training as well as semi-private lessons (2-4 people). While we are not a full-service gym, we will have basic fitness equipment that will allow us to train any group or individual through many facets of athletic training. Our studio will also be available for Birthday Parties, Corporate Team Building or Special Events.
A Unique Teaching Aspect of our Studio
Our foremost goal is to provide the ability for each of our participants to improve upon who they were yesterday. Each day, we strive to do better and be better/do more and become better.
However, we also believe it is our responsibility to find those individuals (typically between 14 and 18 years old) who would like to lead. We frequently seek out those individuals and provide them the opportunity to Student Teach by assisting an instructor. And, eventually, under this mentorship, they train to lead a class or classes (monitored by the lead instructor.)
To see an individual achieve their potential is an amazing experience. But, to watch someone become a leader and teach others… is truly wonderful.

TKO Nisei Dojo’s Cardio Fitness program is a fun and challenging cardio fitness workout that can tone both your upper and lower body as well as your abs while teaching you self-defense techniques. No physical contact. This class is designed to benefit all fitness levels. No experience necessary.
TKO Nisei Dojo’s Tai Chi program improves health and develops a sense of well-being with this ancient system of moving meditation. Regular practice stimulates the flow of energy and can be used to treat or prevent a wide range of illnesses. Tai Chi is good for joint health and is a therapeutic art that uses gentle flowing movements to reduce stress by promoting internal health, balance, and agility.
TKO Nisei Dojo’s Katana Tag program is great fun for ages 4-adults where everyone participates in tag games that will include foam swords that are safe, fun and extremely cool! “Katana Tag” is like a video game that comes to life.
