Congratulations to all participants of the AAU Central District Karate Championship  held on January 2020 at the College of Lake County!

The AAU/USA National Karate Team competed successfully in the 10th European Championships in Eastern Europe. Every USA team member earned either a gold, silver or bronze medal in both Kata and Kumite. Congratulations AAU/USA!

TKO Nisei Dojo traveled to Hawaii this November with an AAU team to compete in the All Hawaii Championships! Thank you to Coach Donner and O’Hara, Sensei Aaron and Ty from TKO Hawaii, and Head of Delegation Sensei Mirza.

Sensei Mirza, Sensei Jacoby and Sensei Donner demonstrate joint locks and quick take down techniques used in self-defense, hapkido and traditional karate training.

Sensei Mirza and Sensei Jacoby were among the many distinguished dignitaries attending the November 2019 Grand Opening of  Sensei Donner’s TKO Nisei Karate Dojo.
